Policies

A deposit for one night of lodging or 50% of room rate is required to guarantee your reservation.
A personal check, travelers check or cash is accepted. No credit cards can be used.
We must receive your reservation 10 days prior to your arrival date. The balance of the
reservation will be due at the beginning of your stay.

Check-in

is 4:00-7:00 p.m.

Check in later than 7:00 p.m. must be made by prior arrangement.

Check-out

is 11:00 a.m.
Please note:

• There is no smoking in the house
• No children under the age of 10
• We regret that pets cannot be accommodated.
• A 3rd guest can be accommodated. There is a $35 fee charge per night for the 3rd person.
• Breakfast is complimentary and included with your stay.
• Wireless internet is available in the house.

A $35 service fee will be deducted from the deposit when your money is returned.
